At Human Dynamics, we have an impressive track record of success and a continuing commitment to deliver for our public sector clients around the world. Over the past 20 years, we have worked on over 300 projects, across 5 continents and in over 90 countries – with over 1000 field staff and experts. At any one time, we support about 300 experts in the field.
Our record of delivery is built on the expertise and experience of our people; expertise and experience that we will continue to look for in the future as we strive to meet the rising demands and needs of a complex and rapidly changing market.
Our Technical Experts have an essential role to play in this. We want to work with people whose determination to succeed and passion for their area matches our own, who want to have an impact and make a difference.
At any one time, around the globe, Human Dynamics implements over 40 projects, with inputs well exceeding 20 000 mandays, staffed by 300+ senior, junior, international and local experts.
Experts usually work as self-employed consultants for us for the duration of the project. Backstopping is delivered by the company’s head office in Vienna, Austria, and by staff from our other offices.
Opportunities for involving Experts present at stages in the lifetime of a project. Most often, but not always, long-term opportunities present at the onset of our work on a project, while for short-term expertise especially, these may present over the entire lifetime of a project, even close to the end of project implementation.
Experts' satisfaction with working with Human Dynamics is very high.
In September 2014, we sent a survey to our key and short-term experts who are working in the field with our projects around the globe. The survey – which was completed anonymously – covered a range of areas including Human Dynamics’ performance in terms of subject matter, project management, backstopping and logistics.
Almost two-thirds of experts rated Human Dynamics’ Project Management as ‘good’ or ‘excellent’, while our Project Management Support Services – who deal with logistical arrangements, payments, administration and the like – received a rating of ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ from an impressive 73% of experts. Our support on subject matter areas was rated as 'good' or 'excellent' by 64% of experts.
As you join Human Dynamics, as experts in your subject areas and colleagues in the field, we will be working closely with you for months or years. We see this as a two-way relationship.
On a day-to-day level, you will communicate primarily with the Project Manager and Project Management Support Services member who handle the implementation of your project.
More widely than this, we are keen to establish an on-going relationship with you and engage your experiences and skills beyond the immediate project.
We will do all we can to support you in the field and to ensure that your experience with us is as productive, smooth and gratifying as possible.
We do encourage and actively seek feedback on our own performance: in order to improve how we fulfil our duties and responsibilities to you.
We want you to grow in our company – to have a sense of accomplishment and realisation – both professionally and personally. We are keen that you meet and get to know many of our permanent staff. Whenever possible, as you come into one of our permanent offices, we will set up a working breakfast, discussion or after-work social – so that you can meet colleagues who share your interests in a country or work sector in which you have had experience.
The search interface allows to explore open opportunities for you to work with Human Dynamics.
