Our Human Dynamics-led consortium made a significant contribution to improving the quality of teaching provided by the Finance and Economics Institute of Tajikistan and in improving the ability of the Institute to deliver this teaching and education for professionals in Tajikistan, notably by introducing a distance-learning element within the courses. This project built the knowledge of the Institute’s staff in areas focused around finance, public and private sector financial management.
The team also delivered an intensive management training course, targeted to deliver a step change in management performance and provide them with tools to strengthen the organisation’s capacity and capabilities. This was followed by working with the Beneficiary to restructure the Institute, so that it was best able to perform its functions. In addition, a monitoring and evaluation element was also introduced.
