In September 2014, we sent a survey to our key and short-term experts who are working in the field with our 40+ projects in implementation around the globe. This survey is part of Human Dynamics’ continued effort to improve our own performance — both in implementing projects, notably for the European Commission, and also in providing support and backstopping services to our experts.
The survey was completed anonymously. This covered a range of areas including Human Dynamics’ performance in terms of subject matter, project management, backstopping and logistics. It builds on the results of a similar survey that we conducted earlier in the year.
We continue to show good results as well as improvements compared to our previous survey. Some specifics:
The results are gratifying, although clearly there is no room for us to rest, and the feedback has indicated some areas for us to work on. We will take on board the feedback that we have received and continue to make every effort to improve our performance and delivery, both on projects and in supporting our experts.
