Currently, Human Dynamics implements more than 40 projects, with inputs well exceeding 20000 mandays around the globe, staffed by several hundred senior, junior, international and local experts. Experts usually work as self-employed consultants for us for the duration of the project. Backstopping is delivered by the company’s head office in Vienna, Austria, which has a staff complement of around 40 people and by our local offices in Romania and Bulgaria.
Human Dynamics applies for new projects by responding to procurement notices and tenders issued by technical cooperation organisations such as the EC, EDF, World Bank, Asian Development Bank and others. Opportunities arising from such procedures are frequently advertised and constitute the majority of job notices posted on our website.
