Head of Implementation

The role of the Implementation Department is to streamline project management processes aiming at a more focused approach towards delivery of high quality services in timely and efficient manner. We enjoy having a team of very committed and skillful project managers who are currently managing more than 50 projects in very diverse regions: the Balkans, Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, Central and East Asia, Latin America, Africa etc.

The company´s growth showed plainly it was in our best interest not to combine the bid and project management functions, however strong synergies and communication are kept between the two departments, since intelligence sharing, identifying new opportunities as well as referring and referencing the performance of consultants are also an essential project management responsibility.

We are aware of the immense responsibility we carry in implementing publicly funded projects in very sensitive institution-building areas. Our reward is to leave behind us sustainable results contributing to the change management process of countries in transition.
