Since 1993, our work with public institutions, which ranges from advising on economic, social and environmental reforms, to training and capacity building, has been characterised by two key strengths. First, we work in close partnership with our clients, not just to ensure any solutions match their specific needs, but also to  empower them through skills and knowledge transfer so that they can move confidently forward on their own. Second, we have a relentless focus on delivering results – a strength that we strive to instil in our clients’ organisations through our “Culture to Perform” approach. These results can range from increasing tax revenues through sharper, more customer-oriented tax collection processes, to lowering the cost of the judicial system, and laying the foundations for stronger economic growth through innovative knowledge-sharing channels.
