Executive Partner - Bernhard Hulla
The demands on public sector institutions have always been high but the challenges today are greater than ever due to a complex mix of interrelated factors, from globalisation and technological advances, to demographic changes, and shifts in the balance of economic power. These challenges require fresh strategic thinking and the ability to turn smart ideas into lasting practical realities. Public sector institutions need access to the best international insights from the public and private sector, as well as the ability to acquire the knowledge and skills essential to sustain solutions. That’s why we created Human Dynamics.
Since 1993, our work with public institutions, which ranges from advising on economic, social and environmental reforms, to training and capacity building, has been characterised by two key strengths. First, we work in close partnership with our clients, not just to ensure any solutions match their specific needs, but also to empower them through skills and knowledge transfer so that they can move confidently forward on their own. Second, we have a relentless focus on delivering results – a strength that we strive to instil in our clients’ organisations through our “Culture to Perform” approach. These results can range from increasing tax revenues through sharper, more customer-oriented tax collection processes, to lowering the cost of the judicial system, and laying the foundations for stronger economic growth through innovative knowledge-sharing channels.
Fundamentally, success in any field is about people. This includes how you work with them, and the skills and knowledge you provide them with to respond positively to change.
Success is about Human Dynamics. Our own people, including 40 permanent employees, many of whom are Prince2 certified managers, and a global network of several thousand leading specialists and advisors, have demonstrated over the years that we have the technical, professional and interpersonal skills to help public sector teams rise productively and sustainably to new challenges.
