The Project Director is responsible for overseeing the substantive, managerial and administrative aspects of the experts' team working on the project. He/she will be responsible for the achievement of the project’s objectives and expected results as well as for the effective and efficient use of resources made available to the project. He/she will have the overall responsibility for the coordination and management of the team carrying out the assignment as described in these ToRs, ensuring meeting deadlines, quality, consistence and appropriate content of the outcomes.
He/she will maintain close contact with the Contracting Authority and the PSC.
